Whatcom Council of Nonprofits Schmoozefest
4:30 - 6:30 pm at the Lakeway Inn, Mt. Baker Room. Sponsored by the Whatcom Council of Nonprofits, the fourth bi-annual Schmoozefest is open to volunteers, supporters, and friends. Light appetizers and food will be availible for a nominal cost. Entry to the event is free and handicapped accessible.

Sebastian in Bellingham Preview Party
6:00 - 10:00 pm at 2107 Iron St. Sebastian is perhaps the most famous of monumental sculptors in the world and this is the largest exhibit of his sculptures ever presented in the United States or Canada. Enjoy a cerveza, marguerita, vino tinto, or bebidaalong with zesty appetizers from bellingham's mexican restaurants. This project is made possible by a Washington State Tourism grant but additional support is needed from the community. Tickets are $30.
