Wine Tasting at Seifert and Jones

  • Seifert and Jones

"Seifert and Jone-Saturday, March 11th 2-4 pm. No fee tasting
On Saturday we feature the wines of Terredora di Paolo from Campania Italy, with special guest Daniela Mastroberadino. Terredora Di Paolo is a story of a family that is closely linked to Campania, its land, its history and its people for generations. With 494 acres of privately owned vineyards in the best sites of the Avellino province, Terredora di Paolo is one of the largest wineries in southern Italy.  This is a great opportunity to taste and learn about the ancient indigenous grape varieties of Campania- Falanghina, Greco di Tufo and Aglianico. "

Wine Tasting at Seifert and Jones

  • Seifert and Jones

"No Fee Wine Tasting. On Friday we will be pouring 3 wines blind that have something in common.  It's your job to try to figure it out.  Maybe it is examples of one varietal.  Maybe it's just one producer. Maybe it will be wines from a special place in the world.  Maybe it will be examples from all over.  If you have never tasted wine ""blind"" ( yep-in a brown paper bag), it gives you a great perspective on what your tasting.  Don't pick wine by a label.  Now this is all in fun.  Not a test by any means.
