BAAY Presents: Beetlejuice Jr.

Website: baay.org

About: Bellingham Arts Academy for Youth presents Beetlejuice Jr! Lydia Deetz is a strange and unusual teenager, still grieving the loss of her mother and obsessed with the whole “being dead thing.” Lucky for Lydia, she and her father move to a new house haunted by a recently deceased couple and Beetlejuice, a delightful demon with a real zest for life. When Lydia calls on Beetlejuice to scare away anyone with a pulse, this double-crossing specter shows his true stripes, unleashing a (Nether)world of pandemonium.

Note: This performance is rated PG-13. Parental guidance is strongly recommended.

Featuring student performers ages 13-17, Beetlejuice Jr is directed by Kaleb Van Rijswijck and Avery Wisner, with music direction by Dylan Cisneros. Performances run March 7-9 and 14-16 at the BAAY Theatre. Tickets and more information at baay.org.
