Class discussion on what "sacred space" means and how we might tell the difference between "normal" and "sacred". Introduction to simple energetic boundary concepts and what plants are uniquely suited to support those boundaries. We will also go over plants that can sharpen awareness and open our hearts to the more subtle realms. A brief description and example of smudging a space as well as opportunities to taste extracts/tinctures of the plants discussed and further explore how they alter perception.
