Join us on a culinary journey across Europe and learn the differences between Italian, Polish, and Ukrainian dumplings. In this hands-on class, we’ll explore unique pierogi and ravioli fillings, as well as discuss the history of these dumplings. Under the guidance of Magdalena Thiesen, owner of Magdalena’s Bistro and Creperie, you will learn how to make savory pierogi filled with potatoes and farmer’s cheese, a delicious dessert pierogi with blueberries, and ravioli with ricotta and sun-dried tomato pesto. A true culinary adventure! Designed for kids ages 7-12.
