With the support of AARP, the Whatcom Housing Alliance is organizing an ADU Design Competition to encourage architects, designers, and creative individuals to come up with innovative solutions that spark new ideas and push the boundaries of what’s possible in ADU construction. We believe ADU’s have an important role to play in expanding housing choice and increasing housing affordability in Bellingham.
