Join Raizel Sinason (they/them) for a two hour workshop to explore the internal and external dimensions of conflict, as well as tools for building resilient communities capable of transforming harm.

We will apply a trauma-informed and intersectional lens to approach personal and collective accountability. This workshop will be a combination of presentation, discussion, and body-based practices, designed to empower you to embrace conflict with courage and shared dignity.

This workshop is a part of the Scene Safety Workshop Series. Participants can sign up for individual workshops for $15/each or $40 for the whole series. If you purchase this item, you are ONLY buying a ticket to the workshop on OCT 19th.

These workshops are open to anyone wanting to learn about creating a safer and more accountable community. It will focus on building skills for throwing safer DIY events, house shows, and concerts at all-ages and 21+ venues. We want everyone in the music and art scene to feel prepared and supported when harmful things happen.

Have you ever had to deal with someone being too rowdy at a show or not knowing what to do when a band gets called out? These workshops can help you build systems of accountability, support, and de-escalation to better navigate those kind of situations.
